2017 Chevrolet Bolt Video, First Look

The electric vehicle segment is heating up.

The newest entry is the 2017 Chevrolet Bolt, which actually made an appearance at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). On display at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show, the all-electric Bolt will be capable of traveling over 200 miles on a single charge while being priced at $37,500. According to the American automaker, fully charging the Bolt will take nine hours with a 240-watt charger, replenishing about 25 miles per hour.

The compact EV is powered by a single electric motor providing 200 horsepower and up to 266 pound-feet of torque. Chevy claims the Bolt can go from zero-to-60 mph in under seven seconds. It will arrive dealerships in late 2016 and you can get a better look by watching our first look video below.
